About the painting:
This is a pastel painting created in 2008. It is framed behind glass and if removed from the frame could easily smudge so should not be touched. The luminescent pastel colours shimmer and catch the light, so to ensure this effect the pastel must not be sprayed with a fixative of any kind.
This pastel painting contains healing energies and formulas accumulated and formed through healing sessions on conception, pregnancy, birth and star children in my healing practice. The equivalent energy would be about ten healing sessions. Connecting with this painting and sitting with it, will assist in conception, pregnancy and regulating hormones.
The large open peony flower, represents the mother, opening up to the heavens to receive the incoming soul and their physical body. She calls her child or children into her womb. The smaller part-open bud, represents the incoming soul and their physical body, not yet with a stem, travelling down into the physical realms and the mothers womb. The rainbow colours are cosmic colours from the home dimensions that are being extended out from the mother to catch the incoming soul and provide a soft and very welcome landing with the intention to provide nurturing and sustenance on all levels and dimensions for the awaited child, preparing consciously every step of the way.
